The partnership aims to provide entrepreneurially-minded CO-OP students with new and varied opportunities. Participants are able to test ideas, learn the myriad skills needed to get a business off the ground and graduate either to a full-fledged operation or to further incubation programs. Rather than hoping for a position with an existing company, the RBC uOttawa CO-OP Entrepreneurship Program’s participants will learn how to become successful entrepreneurs.

The presentation will describe how the program was built and promoted while also providing a glimpse of the early participation numbers. Session attendees will be able to understand how the partnership is helping students develop an entrepreneurial mindset.
